Marvin Louis Richards, Jr., aka as Booie, K-Mooney, and Moosta entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 8, 2023, at the age of 47. He was born on August 4, 1975, to Lorraine Santiago Lawrence & Marvin Louis Richards Sr. (Bo-Bo). Marvin was the fun-loving devoted husband of Latoshi Bolton-Richards, father of Markeyra Carolyn Richards and Jamir Williams and the grandfather of Xylah Lewis, Jaymra Williams and Kaleigh Sino. He was the grandson of the late Ethel Mae & Frank Santiago, Emma D. Richards, and Albert Davis. He was the son- in- law of Carol Ann Williams and Edwin Bolton. He was the nephew of Marva Brown (late Ernest Brown III), Barbara Smith, Darren Santiago (Shantell), Wendy Santiago-Banks (Oliver Jr.), Keenya Santiago-Fernandez (Marseyas Sr.), Darrell Patrick Burke (Demetrice), Javetta Burke, the late Audrey R. James, Audrey Mae James, Earl Rhodes, Irvin Rhodes, Norman Richards, Larry Santiago (Yolanda), Ronald Santiago (Carla), Patricia Santiago and Terrence Burke. He was the brother-in-law of Nequilia Duplessis (Chad) and Javonda Hills (Louis). He was the godfather of Valencia D. Hills, Ulysses Duplessis, III, Malae Rhodes, Savannah Bailey, and the late Niketta Bryant. He was the godson of the late Mary (Noogie) Fernandez and Ernest (Red) Jones. He was the devoted friend of Stanley Bailey Jr, Ulysses Duplessis Jr, Rodney Williams, and Wayne DeArmas. Family and friends, officers and members of the Christian Fellowship Family Worship Center of Violet, LA, and neighboring churches of Plaquemines, New Orleans and Jefferson Parishes, employees of E & R Trucking, PBF Refinery, Touro Infirmary, the Department of Veterans Affairs and L.W. Higgins High School, class of 1994, are invited to attend the Funeral Services on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Christian Fellowship Family Worship Center, 5816, E.
