Elizabeth Landry Videau

Elizabeth Landry Videau was born February 4, 1938 to Elizabeth Landry and Victor Landry. On Wednesday, March 16, 2022 Elizabeth Videau entered into her eternal home at the age of 84. She married Theoldolph Videau and with this union came 7 children: Theoldolph Videau, Jr., Terrance Trell Videau, Jennifer Videau Anderson, Millicent Videau, the late Elizabeth Videau, Marvin Videau and Mia Videau. Ms. Videau was well known and loved in her community of Marrero, LA. Whoever knew Ms. Betty, knew not to step in her garden, she loved her garden. It was as beautiful as her smile. She became a member of Second Zion Baptist Church of Marrero, LA where she enjoyed going to Sunday Praise every Sunday morning. Ms. Elizabeth lived in Gretna for many years and graduated from LB Landry in Algiers. She also worked for the City of Gretna which she sat with kids as a foster grandparent in Jefferson Parish School System. She accepted Christ at an early age. Her love for God and others was undeniable. Her favorite scripture was Psalm 23. Ms. Elizabeth Videau will truly be missed. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Second Zion Baptist Church, 6520 Second Zion Avenue on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 10:00 am.
