Daniel C Dawson Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Daniel C. Dawson “Spacious” was born on December 23, 1980 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Joseph Dawson and Vivian Hills. He departed from his earthly family at the age of 41 and entered into the gates of heaven on May 15, 2022. Growing up Daniel was an adventurous child. He had to examine everything. So if you didn’t know what something was, Daniel knew. Daniel loved animals. He always had something in the house, a frog, a snail, a lizard, a rabbit and finally a dog or some dogs. All of his animals were trained. Daniel was a very smart child and you always wondered how he did that, like, 91x91 off the top of his head. That is very smart. Don’t you try that because only Daniel could do that. Daniel leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Danya C. Dawson. His siblings, Lamar Charles, Quanisha Montgomery (Jon), Romalis Hills, Inetha Dawson and Dominique Bryant. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Mary Dawson, Norman and Myrna Oliver and his big brother Jamal J. Dawson. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and whole lot friends. A Funeral Service will be held at D.W. Rhodes Funeral Home, 3933 Washington Ave., New Orleans, LA on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be held at 12:00PM. Internment: Private. Everyone in attendance must wear a mask.
